SHADOWS FROM THE PAST

for SHADOW SUNDAY:

I thought it would be fun
to showcase some
old timey photo shadows
Doesn't he look like Sir Anthony Hopkins?
It's my great grandfather
from long ago
I believe the two ladies here
are my grandmother

Do you have any shadows from the past?

  1. I love those photos, what a treasure old photographs are. My concern is that fifty years from now there will be no hard copy photos. reminds me to print some of my digital images out.

    Enjoy your day!

  4. What a very good idea. All our old photos are in boxes and storage up north, but perhaps someday I'll get around to sorting through them and grace my blog with some old ShadowShots too! These are precious. Have a great weekend.

  10. They all looked so stylish. I love how they dressed back then. My mother lost most of her photos in a flood so none got handed down.
