It's my great grandfather 
from long ago
I believe the two ladies here
are my grandmother

    I love those photos, what a treasure old photographs are. My concern is that fifty years from now there will be no hard copy photos. reminds me to print some of my digital images out.

    what a grand idea. These are some wonderful old photos and I agree, your great-grandfather does resemble Anthony Hopkins. Very much so. and those are some fabulous shadow shots!!!

    What a very good idea. All our old photos are in boxes and storage up north, but perhaps someday I'll get around to sorting through them and grace my blog with some old ShadowShots too! These are precious. Have a great weekend.

    They all looked so stylish. I love how they dressed back then. My mother lost most of her photos in a flood so none got handed down.

    When my mil passed away a few years ago we discovered albums of wonderful old photos of her youth. We learned a great deal about her younger days...I love looking at the old photos!
