LET ME INTRODUCE MY BLOGSPOT - revised 1/18/2010

Hi Everyone !



** This is the first post on my newly created blog page. Hope you like it!



** The passion to create artistically has been with my family for generations. From time to time I will include  photographs on this blog  showing some of these talents and showcasing some of my family members with their craft of choice.


** You will see old timey photos and other memorabilia that has been in our family for a long, long time, as well as interesting crafts and other curious items.

** (Picture above shows my Aunt Helen on the left, my mom in the center and her twin brother Bill to the right. You can only imagine what my mom was thinking posing for this picture.. she surely wanted to be somewhere else, doing something else...by the looks of it - anything else)

** My desire to create and embellish comes from my mom who was a real crafting genius. I used to call her Daisy Lady (her favorite flower was a daisy). We really miss our daisy lady and feel certain she is looking down from Heaven at us with that ever crafty look in her eyes and planning her next craft.
